‘Immortal Hands.’ Stereolab has come out of hibernation with their first album in 15 years, Instant Holograms on Metal Film, and this track takes shots at the vanity of contemporary urban skylines, calling for a return to community and nature. But what does that sound like? It has motorik beats, intricate keyboards, and guitars—not unlike their records from the 1990s.
